Kellie Tyrrell

Founder I Director

Kellie is an established and respected researcher and business owner who has helped grow and evolve many great brands over the past 20 years.
She has worked extensively with a range of global brands including Coca-Cola, P&G, Woolworths, ALDI & Sanitarium to name a few.
With a degree in Psychology and Pure Mathematics, her expertise is in the integration of understanding human behaviour and application of mathematics & statistics.
Her entrepreneurial journey began at 12 years old when she set up her first business - a contemporary dance school, charging $2 a class at the local church hall.

Bianca Ross

Director

Bianca’s career in insights and marketing sits both client and agency side.
After a decade of FMCG brand management at Nestle, Lion and Coca Cola, Bianca decided the time was right to ‘go agency.’
With strategy planning roles in mid-size agencies across the food, apparel, oil and gas, energy and finance industries, she has worked in Europe, Asia and Australia.
As author of the Herbert Peabody children’s book series, Bianca knows how to create and execute strategic insight from concept to production.

Karen Hutchens

Executive Project Manager

Karen is an experienced project manager who has managed 100s of immersion style projects over the years.
With a background in marketing & economics, she has a savvy eye for efficiency and great attention to detail to ensure the full end to end delivery of projects is on point.
