I started my first business at 12. A dance school. $2 a class. Local church hall. I was picked from a group of dancers to step up and run it when the owner could no longer deliver. I just got on with it. It is only recently that it dawned on me what a compliment that actually was. My training is in Psychology and Pure Mathematics.

That instinct - to be handed something and make it work - has quietly shaped everything since.

I have spent over two decades working with some of the world's most recognised brands including Coca-Cola, P&G, Woolworths, ALDI, Sanitarium, not as the loudest voice in the room, but as the one asking the questions others often didn't think to ask.

My real expertise is in what sits underneath the data - the human truth that makes the numbers make sense.

Lately that curiosity has led me further into AI. The version that genuinely changes how smart people work. I write about it here - honestly, plainly, and with the occasional conviction that I hope earns its place.

I have spent over a decade managing hundreds of research style projects for Inner Perspective. The one making sure every detail lands exactly as it should, from start to finish. My background is in Marketing and Economics.

My real expertise is in the end to end - the bit most people underestimate until something goes wrong. Hundreds of projects will do that to you. You start to understand that great delivery is the result of someone caring enough to stay across every moving part, even when nobody is watching.

I am a passionate advocate for healthy living and make it my business to stay close to where health and wellness trends are heading. I genuinely believe what we put into our bodies and how we think about wellbeing matters more now than ever.

That passion recently took on a life of its own. I have just launched Pup Lovers Project: a small batch natural dog treats made in the heart of Orange, NSW. Born from a simple belief that dogs deserve real food made with real ingredients.
